Summary: This work aims to investigate the apoptical of the cinematic experience, its relationship with the body of the spectator, define its measures and its limits at the same time, identifying and reflecting on these physical and corporate experiences. The study takes into account the experience of the viewer as a body with expressive sensory scheme. The participation of the body in the cinematic experience is essential, tested in the exercise of focus groups. Modes like sound can be used to deduce the spatial and physiological sensations to demonstrate these problems. Karim Aïnouz's The silver cliff (O abismo
prateado), and Lucrecia Martel's The headless woman (La mujer sin cabeza), are objects of study to prove the theoretical assumptions built in this quest. In the relationship between these films and the spectator, within their aesthetic and narrative universes, one wants to understand how contemporary cinema emulates bodily sensations and establishes a mutual and carnal contact with the spectator.
