Summary: The criteria that gives meaning to modern western thought make up a legitimation network based on dominance relationships. This reality motivates us in the present investigation to analyze practical-theoretical categories that have historically constructed a type of subjectivity characterized by excluding or subsuming "other" logics. Being one of the main objectives to unveil the use of such categories of power in the various fields of knowledge, we will start from the study of the western aesthetic-political field as an element of representation of the modern project, as a mechanism of objectification of subjects. Faced with this logic, we take two particular cases that are presented as “subversive praxis” in Latin America, such as the obrar “NO +” action initially carried out by the Action Of Art Colective / Colectivo De Acciones de Arte C.A.D.A. in Chile and appropriated by the Chilean people and, in the same way, “El Siluetazo” in Argentina, both in 1983. Our focus is mainly “trans-disciplinary” and for this, we will use the notion of “est-ética” and curandería which has an implicit critical character thus defines the work methodology, and reiteratively poses arguments of rejection in front of the violent acts resulting from the colonial thoughts. For this, our feflection is divided into three chapters that consists respectively of characterizing the aesthetic actions afore mentioned. For this, our reflection is divided into three chapters that consist respectively of characterizing the aesthetic actions mentioned, in order to establish a critical relationship between the modern institutional-artistic conception and the role of the curator as authority, against the popular idea of curandero as traditional healer in order to develop a narrative that goes beyond the West, as legitimating thought, in reference to the aesthetic-political events from 1983 onwards in Chile and post coup Argentina.
