Summary: This research was guided by the need to know the history, artists and processes that involve the public and political dimension of artists who develop their works built in the intersection of plastic arts and dance, in particular seeking to reach the capixabas powers. This came from a strong relationship with a hybrid personal journey, artist and dancer, in an attempt to relate these two languages. From the bibliographical and historical research, and especially from an extensive fieldwork for the mapping and inventory of this production in Espírito Santo, it was possible to trace some of this hybridization. The attempt to understand the creative processes of the investigated artists has its focus on this interaction action. In the search for a contextualization of this hybridity throughout the twentieth century, I give birth to current manifestations of a hybrid art, and present the closest examples - temporal and geographically, in the case of the Espírito Santo. It was possible to verify that the multidisciplinary concept of the contemporary artistic practices has a connection that involves the dance, the theater, the video, literature and the plastic arts. The works of the Capixabas artists included in this axis are of extreme relevance for the development of the local culture, and the valorization of these interpreter-creators is of great importance. For this, essentially as regards cataloging and history for the generations to come after us, there will be an effort on the part of the artistic class in order to leave the record of a cultural legacy from which we can be proud.
